HEREFORD Medical Group (HMG) will be introducing a new system that it says will be better for patients.
Klinik will replace the current online consultation system which, once launched, will be available on the HMG website.
"Klinik allows queries and requests to be assigned directly to the appropriate team within Hereford Medical Group, and will bring a digital option for patients to quickly and easily input details about their routine (non-urgent) health problems without the need to telephone the practice," said a HMG spokesperson.

Last week, HMG advised patients that it had reached its maximum capacity for people waiting in the queue when calling the surgery.
A call-back system was therefore in place which remembers your place in the queue and will call you back automatically once you have reached the front.
