POLICE have launched an investigation after an "unexplained" death in Hereford.
West Mercia Police said that a man in his 60s was found suffering a cardiac arrest in Union Street at around 1.10pm on Wednesday, February 7.
He was taken to hospital where he was sadly pronounced dead.

The police are carrying out enquiries, and a cordon was in place in Union Street yesterday afternoon (February 7).
"Officers were called to Union Street in Hereford at around 1.10pm yesterday (February 7) to reports of a man suffering a cardiac arrest and was taken to hospital for further treatment," a police spokesperson said.
"The man's death is currently being treated as unexplained, and as such local residents may see officers in the area as enquiries are carried out."
