A HEREFORDSHIRE train fare dodger has been ordered to pay hundreds of pounds after failing to buy a £4.20 train ticket.
Celina M W Rayman was proven guilty in her absence of one count of boarding a train without a valid ticket by magistrates at Birmingham this month.

The court heard that the 20-year-old, who was not present at the hearing, had entered a train for the purpose of travelling between Selly Oak and Longbridge train stations, in the Birmingham area, without having a valid ticket for travel on March 8, contrary to railway byelaws.
Rayman, who is of Pencombe, Herefordshire, was fined £220 for the offence and ordered to pay compensation of £4.20.
She must also pay prosecution costs of £150 and an £88 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
