BOOKINGS have soared for one Herefordshire business, with million-pound upgrade works planned.
Previously a family-owned venture, Poston Mill Touring and Holiday Home Park, in Herefordshire's Golden Valley, was rebranded and relaunched as part of Morris Leisure’s portfolio of parks in January 2023.
And touring bookings have soared over the last year, a Morris Leisure spokesperson said.
Now, the company has announced its plans to invest over £1 million into the refurbishment and development of the park, which has already included a full electrical upgrade.

The park offers 118 static holiday home plots alongside 59 touring pitches, amenities including a pitch and putt course, a 10-acre dog field, and a pub, and new upgrades are already well underway, with the number of touring pitches having been increased, as well as refurbishments being undertaken in the pub and the shop.
New team members have also been welcomed to the park, a spokesperson said, while the park's range of new holiday homes includes a hillside luxury lodge.
Further plans include a renovated amenities block, a new reception building, and an expanded holiday let offering.
Morris Leisure managing director Edward Goddard said: “We have been overwhelmed by the positive response from guests visiting Poston Mill in this past year, from those who have many fond memories of holidays here under previous ownership, to loyal Morris Leisure customers.
"We are looking forward to what the future holds for Poston Mill, and to bringing even more of our expertise, knowledge and enthusiasm to the park.”
