A REPEAT offender van man has been banned from the roads after he was caught breaking the law on the busy M5 motorway.
Jordan Mark Crowther, of Ridgemoor Road, Leominster, entered a guilty plea to one count of exceeding a 70 miles per hour motorway speed limit when he appeared before magistrates in January.
The court heard from the prosecutor that the 31-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a Renault Master van in a 70 miles per hour speed limit on the M5 at junction 27 at Tiverton in Devon on February 14 last year.

He had been clocked breaking the limit by manned camera equipment, magistrates at Exeter Law Courts heard.
Crowther was disqualified from driving for six months, with magistrates saying that a driving ban was obligatory due to repeat offending, and handed three penalty points and fined £115.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £46 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
