AN 'INVESTMENT property' is up for sale on the outskirts of a Herefordshire town.
The site, which is currently home to a car wash, is on the market with agents John Goodwin for a guide price of £290,000.
Set on the edge of Ledbury in Bromyard Road, just down the road from the town's railway station, the property offers around 430 square feet of office space and 1,000 square feet of workshop space, the agents said.

Outside is a concrete yard fronting Bromyard Road.
It sits within a fenced and gated compound and offers an "excellent investment opportunity", according to the agents.
A lease is currently in place for the site, for a ten-year term, expiring on June 28, 2031 with a current passing rent of £17,500 per annum.
The agents said they have been advised that the property is connected to mains electricity (single phase), water, and sewage, while heating is provided by an oil-fired boiler.
