A TEENAGE girl has been convicted of stealing cosmetics worth thousands of pounds from a Hereford shop.
The stolen products were valued at £4,145, and were taken from Boots in Hereford by a 17-year-old girl who cannot be named for legal reasons.

She entered a guilty plea to one count of theft when she appeared before magistrates in Highbury Corner, London, this month.
The court heard from Valerie Benjamin of the Crown Prosecution Service that the 17-year-old, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Amita Patel, had stolen the makeup on January 2.
The girl, who is from Birmingham, was referred to a youth justice service, which is designed to prevent re-offending in children aged between 10 and 17. It is made up of youth workers, police officers and probation officers.
