CANNABIS has been ordered to be destroyed after it was discovered in Hereford.
Nathan Mikolajczyk entered a guilty plea to one count of possessing a controlled drug and one count of failing to answer to police or court bail when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on February 15.
The court heard the 21-year-old had been caught with cannabis in Hereford on November 29 last year.

He was found to have cannabis, a class B controlled drug, in his possession, magistrates were told.
He had also failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Hereford magistrates court on January 24, after he had been released on bail in criminal proceedings from Hereford police station on November 30.
Mikolajczyk, of Porthouse Rise in Bromyard, was handed a conditional discharge for 12 months and fined £40 for failing to surrender to police bail.
He must also pay costs of £185 and a £26 victim surcharge, while the cannabis was ordered to be destroyed.
