The offence happened in Credenhill near Hereford on April 22, 2022.
Onn, who is 61 years old and of Foley Street in Hereford, was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Matt Lewis.
He initially pleaded not guilty before changing his plea to guilty on January 15. At his court appearance on February 13, he was granted unconditional bail ahead of his sentencing at Hereford Magistrates' Court on February 27.
The sentencing was pushed back by two weeks because Onn, who is Chinese, requires an interpreter for the hearing.
