THERE will be a sigh of relief this morning after a key Herefordshire road that links England and Wales has reopened.
The eastbound carriageway of the A40 had been closed since February 9 after heavy rain caused a landslip in Ganarew.
However, National Highways has confirmed that the road is now open.
