HEREFORDSHIRE celebrity Richard Hammond is to co-host a new podcast with his daughter.
Called Who We Are Now, viewers can join the former Top Gear presenter on his mission to demystify and destigmatise conversations around masculinity, mental health and the issues that affect us all.
In 2006, Richard sustained serious injuries after he was involved in a high-speed car crash while filming for Top Gear at the former RAF Elvington airfield near York
While spending time in hospital, the 54-year-old had time to reflect on his emotional state and mental health. Since then, he's been on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, leading him to present his first-ever podcast.

He will be joined by his daughter, Izzy Hammond, who he previously worked with on his popular YouTube channel, Drivetribe.
The pair will be joined by special guests, including James May, Gregg Wallace, Spencer Matthews, Dr Alex George and Jodie Kidd.
Each week, there will also be a bonus episode where Richard will look back on the main episode with his friend, Dr Jim Alavarez, who is a clinical forensic and occupational psychologist.
The bonus episode will analyse each guest's conversation to understand their motivations and what we can learn from them. Richard and Dr Alavrez will also have candid conversations about their own lives.
The introductory episode will feature Richard, Izzy and Dr Alacarez outlining what listeners can expect from the podcast and will be discussing everything from Mani Pedis, anxiety and patriarchy, to why Richard isn't scared about crashing again.
The podcast will be available to listen from Tuesday, February 27.
