HEAVY rain has fallen in Herefordshire over the last couple of days - leading to treacherous road conditions.
Only a few road closures have been announced, but we are aware that many others are still affected today (February 23).

- C1149 Watery Lane, Yarkhill
- A438 Hereford to Ledbury Road (near Alexander Park between Tarrington and Trumpet) The road closure signs have been removed; however, no announcement has been made about it reopening.

Roads reopened

- B4203 Bromyard
- B4214 Bromyard Road, Ledbury
Lower Bullingham Lane and Watery Lane were both flooded in Hereford, but the water in both roads have since receded.
There are reports that the Marden to Moreton-on-Lugg Road is still treacherous in places.
Currently, there are flood alerts in place for the river Leadon catchment, the river Lugg south of Leominster and the river Wye in Herefordshire.
