A HEREFORDSHIRE pub that is by a flooded road is remaining open tonight for any stranded locals.
The B4214 is currently closed near Staplow, near Ledbury, following today's heavy rain.
The closure is near the Oak Inn, a popular pub that also offers accommodation.
In a Facebook post earlier this evening (February 22), the Oak Inn said that the road is closed both sides of the pub, even though vehicles are still passing.

"We've decided to remain open should anyone become stranded and some of our locals have made it on foot," reads the post, adding that people should not drive until the pub is given the all clear.
The pub said it has availability in its four guests rooms should anyone get stranded.
The B4214 is one of several roads that have been become treacherous today, although conditions have improved.
