A TRADITIONAL pub in a busy Herefordshire street has been put up for sale.
Reputed to be one of the oldest in the town centre, the grade II listed Wine Vaults in Kington's High Street is on the market with commercial estate agents Sidney Phillips for £215,000.
The agents said the pub, which dates from around the 18th century, appears to be constructed mainly of stone and brick, and has an outbuilding to the rear which has been partially converted to house the Arrow Brewery.

The pub currently operates as a traditional public house offering wet sales only and is the sole purveyor of Arrow Brewery beers, the agents said.
Sidney Phillips said the pub sits in a "prominent location" in the town centre, just 50 yards from the town's market hall, and is surrounded by a range of retail and residential properties.
Campaign for Real Ale pub guide WhatPub said the Wine Vaults is a "small, quaint, no frills one-bar drinkers' pub", and praised the convivial atmosphere.
