FRAUDSTERS have been targeting elderly people in Ross-on-Wye.
West Mercia Police say they are investigating a fraud-related offence, where fraudsters posing as employees of the Financial Conduct Authority have made contact with the victim by phone.
"They have convinced the victim to transfer significant amounts of money into another account using fake invoices for building and cleaning companies," said a spokesperson.
