Lower Bullingham Lane was once again flooded as snow and rain hit the city yesterday (Saturday).
However, that did not stop one motorist driving through the water, before it ended up submerged.

However, there could be mist and fog patches overnight before more rain is due later tomorrow (Monday).
The Environment Agency still has two flood alerts in place, for the river Leadon catchment and river Lugg south of Leominster.
