DOG poo is 'spoiling' a Herefordshire village, with one local official pointing the finger at newcomers to the area.
Katrina Surya Kalkwarf, who is the village's footpath officer, says most of the reports seem to come from the newbuild areas and off Elmdale Road.
"However, any of the main roads in Ewyas and of course the recreation ground gets it," she said.
"There are a number of people who pick it up, but we want to maintain open space at the field for dog walkers without the animosity.

"However, one lady said that, since the new estate has been built, it has got worse and they pick up more.
"Dogs roam free into their gardens. Gates on fields not shut. So it seems a few people (maybe new to area) spoiling it for the majority."
Ms Kalkwarf said she raised the issue at a recent Ewyas Harold Group Parish Council meeting.
"The council has said they will look into more signs for Elmdale Road and social network posts to educate especially around the illnesses that can be passed on to people through the dog poo," she said.
