A NEW landlord is wanted at a prominent Hereford city centre pub.
Yates, in Hereford's Commercial Road, is being advertised to let by commercial agents Savills with rental offers invited in excess of £50,000 per annum.
The agents said the pub, which is surrounded by other businesses in the busy Hereford street, offers a basement, ground, and first floors.
On the ground floor is an open-plan trading area with central bar servery and seating for around 130, dance area, and DJ booth, while downstairs is a cellar and stores.

Upstairs is a trade kitchen, office, customer toilets, and manager's accommodation offering a living room with kitchen, double bedroom, and en-suite.
The pub also offers a trade garden with seating for around 60 customers and car parking, accessed from Kyrle Street, for around four vehicles.
The pub is currently licensed to sell alcohol from 8am to 2am, Monday to Sunday, and currently holds a four-star rating on reviews website Tripadvisor, with 93 of its 170 reviewers rating it as 'excellent' and 36 as 'very good'.
The agents said offers in excess of £50,000 per annum are invited for a new free of tie lease on terms to be agreed, however the letting will not include trade fixtures and fittings in the ownership of the current lessor.
