A DRUG-DRIVER caught out in a busy Hereford residential street has been banned from the roads.

Martin Giffiths appeared before magistrates for sentencing this month after he pleaded guilty to one count of driving a motor vehicle while over the drug limit by magistrates.

The court heard from prosecutor Lauren Millichip that the 33-year-old had been caught out in Hereford's Springfield Avenue, near his home, after getting behind the wheel of a grey Audi A4 while over the drug-driving limit on July 31 last year.
