A HEREFORD thief has been sentenced after stealing two Lazy Spa hot tubs from a shop.
Tomasz Romanko entered guilty pleas to two charges when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 43-year-old had stolen two Lazy Spas, one worth £349.99 and one worth £299.99, from J-Mart in Hereford. The first one was taken on July 8, with Romanko stealing the second one two days later from the same shop.
Romanko, who is of Bath Street, Hereford, was ordered to pay compensation of £649.98 to J-Mart and handed a community order where he must complete 10 days of rehabilitation activity, 100 hours of unpaid work, and attend probation appointments.

No order was made for prosecution costs.
