A DRINK-driver was caught with a small child in the car when he was pulled over by police while over the drink-drive limit in Hereford on Christmas Eve.
Jickson James was caught driving a red Audi A3 "badly" in Hereford and was followed by police.
Hereford Magistrates' Court heard that he was outside his home in Foley Street when police stopped him and realised he was affected by alcohol.
Owen Beale, prosecuting, said that in a breath test, it was found that James had 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than twice the legal limit of 35.

In mitigation, defence solicitor Chris Read said that James had been visiting a friend from India who was in Hereford for Christmas, but left when it started to get late.
James was disqualified for 18 months and fined £300 after he entered a guilty plea to one count of driving a vehicle while over the alcohol limit before magistrates in Hereford in February.
The 33-year-old must also pay prosecution costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £120.
