FOUR men have been charged after a number of offences were reported at a Herefordshire tip.
Four men were charged with theft and criminal damage offences after arrests at an address in Bromyard on March 8, police have confirmed.

Bromyard Safer Neighbourhood Team's PC Lowri Jones said 22-year-old Callum Harding and 24-year-old Zac Biddle, who are both of Openfields in Bromyard, along with 19-year-old Travis Easdale of Cheaton Close in Leominster were all charged with theft.
Declyn Mellings, who is 23 years old and is also of Openfields in Bromyard was charged with theft and criminal damage, PC Jones confirmed.
There were 12 charges in total, which all relate to offences alleged to have been committed at Herefordshire Council's Bromyard Household Recycling Centre, just outside the town, off the A44 Bromyard to Worcester Road.
