Nearly £400,000 is to be spent adapting a Herefordshire school for pupils with special education needs.
Herefordshire Council is seeking tenders for work at Withington Primary School northeast of Hereford including installing new hygiene and physio rooms, relocating the school office and replacing several windows and doors.
The closing date for bids is March 21, with the work expected to take until the start of November.

A further £82,000 is to be spent fixing roofs at St Martin’s Primary School, Hereford. One section of roof at the school is already leaking, while another is at risk of “failing”, according to the council's tender, which is open until March 25.
The roofing work is due to take place between May and July.
Meanwhile a contract of around £200,000 has already been awarded to fix the roof of Ledbury Primary School.

Herefordshire Council awarded the contract to Cheltenham-based Snape Construction following a successful tender.
Spending of up to £187,590 for the works, plus a contingency of £17,054 to cover unforeseen extra costs, and up to £23,449 for professional fees, has been approved.
Herefordshire is spending nearly £4 million this financial year on maintaining school buildings in the county, and a further £1 million to make them more accessible.
