I AM fed up of reporting to Herefordshire Council about the ignorant lazy binman who never puts the general public bins back where he found it.

The council don’t care and do not follow up so he gets away with it. We taxpayers have to leave the bins where they dictate to us or it doesn’t get collected, so why doesn’t he put it back where he found it? 

Not only is it lazy, but it blocks the pavement where he deliberately abandons the bins and also, if you are away then it poses a security issue as it tells people you are not home because the bin hasn’t been replaced back to where it should be for several days or weeks.

Also, in some places, there is only one pavement so when he blocks the pavement, it forces children, the vulnerable, the elderly, and dog walkers to walk and cycle in the road.
