A REMINDER of a number of road closures in place for Queen Camilla's royal visit to Worcester have been announced.
Worcester will welcome Her Royal Highness for the annual Royal Maundy Service at Worcester Cathedral today (Thursday).
The Queen is attending the service on behalf of his Majesty The King who, while absent, has recorded a personal Easter message to be broadcast at the cathedral.
The Maundy service, which will be held in the morning, has resulted in a number of road closures being enforced.
Worcestershire County Council Highways and Travel has reminded those who are planning to attend the service that the city centre's roads will be closed.
Deansway and College Street will be closed between 8am & 2pm, while there will also be no access to Copenhagen Street & Cathedral Square NCP car parks.
A public standing area is available on Deansway for those wishing to view the visit.
