A HEREFORD football fan has been up before the magistrates after breaking the requirements of his football banning order.
Clive Symonds, 35, admitted to two counts of failing to comply with requirements of a banning order on November 16 last year.
He failed to surrender his passport and to give notification of a change of address, said prosecutor Tom Wickstead of the Crown Prosecution Service.
The banning order was made by Worcester Crown Court on September 7, 2020.

These orders prohibit offenders subject to the order from entering any premises for the purpose of attending football matches.
Those subject to these orders are required to surrender their passports to prevent them attending matches outside the UK, and are also told to notify the Football Banning Orders Authority of events like a change of address.
Symonds, of Bran Rose Way, Hereford, was fined £50 for each offence. He must also pay prosecution costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £40.
