POLICE have provided an updated after a man died in a crash in Hereford last year.
Mark Joseph was pronounced dead at the scene after being left seriously injured in Holme Lacy Road in the early hours of Sunday, October 8.
The 55-year-old was described by his family as "having a heart of gold", adding that the was the best husband, dad, son, brother, and friend that anyone could ask for.

Holme Lacy Road was closed from the Chapel Road/relief road roundabout to the Dinedor junction before eventually reopening shortly before 3pm.
A 57-year-old man was later arrested that day on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, failing to stop at the scene of a collision and failing to report a collision.
He was released on police bail pending further enquiries.
However, West Mercia Police have today (April 11) said that Stephen Susans, of Vershoycle Gardens in Ross-on-Wye has been charged.
As well as facing charges of being the driver of a vehicle that failed to stop after a road accident and failing to report it, he has also been charged with perverting the course of justice.
The 57-year-old will appear at Hereford Magistrates Court on May 22.
