STAFF at two of the county's care homes are celebrating after being named as one of the best in the region.
Hazlehurst Nursing Home and Whitchurch House, which are both near Ross-on-Wye, were selected by carehome.co.uk as a top 20 care home in the West Midlands.
A spokesperson at Hazlehurst Nursing Home, said: "At Hazelhurst, our ethos prioritises residents' needs. Our dedicated team ensures each person feels valued and cherished, turning our work into a heartfelt mission.

"This achievement would not have been possible if it wasn’t for our incredible team and we’re so pleased that their hard work has been recognised through this award."
Lynhales Hall Nursing Home, near Lyonshall, also made the top 20.
