HEREFORD'S Beefy Boys have made a big announcement, promising fans a new way to enjoy their favourite burger.
The Hereford-based business, which now operates three restaurants, including its original Meat Boutique in Hereford's Old Market, is releasing its own cookbook.
In an email sent to fans, the Beefy Boys said the book has been "a long time in the making" and promised to share the secret to making the perfect burger.
It will include a guide to all of their classic burger recipes, including the Beefy Boy, Oklahoma Onion Boy, Peanut Butter and Jelly Boy, Nashville Hot Chicken Burger, Buffalo Chicken Burger, as well as veggie favourites like the Beanie Boy and Leafy Boy, alongside new book-exclusive burgers such as the Birria Boy, The Piggy Back, and The Sunday Roast British Boy.

The book will also include different patty styles, sauces, and cooking techniques, and recipes for sides including pastrami fries, jalapeño poppers, and millionaire fries
The team will also be sharing their story of how they went from four childhood friends cooking in their back gardens to competing in the world championships, and turning their passion into the success it is today.
Beefy Boy Anthony 'Murf' Murphy promises that the 224 pages of "unadulterated burger porn" is the ideal book for burger lovers, budding chefs, and more.
The book is available to pre-order now for £20 from https://geni.us/beefyboys, and available to buy from August 15.
Founded by four childhood friends, Anthony Murphy, Daniel Mayo-Evans, Christian Williams and Lee Symonds, The Beefy Boys have transformed their passion for great food into a burger empire, with three bustling restaurants in their hometown of Hereford, Cheltenham and Shrewsbury, along with a busy food truck which regularly visits some of the country’s most exciting events.
The business has gone from strength to strength in recent years, with the restaurant winning both Burger of the Year and Burger Chef of the Year at the 2023 National Burger Awards, and appearances on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and The Hidden World of Hospitality with Tom Kerridge.
