A DEVELOPMENT site with permission for three new homes is up for sale in a Herefordshire village.
The plot, which comes complete with full planning permission for three new homes, is on the market with agents Cobb Amos with a guide price of £375,000.
The agents said the Monkland development site offers an "excellent opportunity" to buy a residential development site in the "delightful village".

Groundworks have already been started at the site, which has permission for three detached homes.
The scheme was approved with conditions by Herefordshire planners in 2018.
A design and access statement accompanying the application said the three planned four-bedroom houses would use an existing vehicular and pedestrian access to the road and would "reflect the form, layout, character and setting".
The site was previously grazing land, the application said.
The agents said the plot is on the edge of the village of Monkland, which "offers a great base to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside".
