Sadly passed away at Hereford Hospital on Sunday 14th April 2024 aged 95. Much-loved mother of Michael.

BIDDLE George Edward (Cogie, Gukky) 

Dad passed away unexpectedly at home on 1st April aged 84. He will be deeply missed by his family. He is now with his beloved Pru.

He requested direct cremation with no service, which will be taken care of by Serenity Funeral Services.

BRODIE Robert John

Sadly passed away on 6th April 2024 aged 80 years. Much loved by wife Maureen, son Andrew, daughter-in-law Urszula, brother Alan, grandchildren Matthew and Amelie and wider family. He will be fondly remembered by his many friends in the community, and also colleagues from his long years working in the NHS.

Of Tenbury Wells formerly of Hanley Childe, Broadheath, passed away on 5th April, 2024. Aged 84 years. He will be sadly missed by his friends and neighbours.

MILLER Richard

Richard Miller, of Hampton Bishop, died at home on Tuesday 23rd January aged 85. Dr Miller was one of the founding members of St Michael’s Hospice in Bartestree. He later became a trustee and life patron of the charity. In the past year or so, he had been receiving care from St Michael’s. He had written that this care “exceeded even my wildest expectations”.

Richard’s life will be celebrated during a memorial service at Hereford Cathedral on Friday 10th May at 2pm. The service will be led by the Very Rev Sarah Brown and is open to everyone. There is no requirement to book places, but those wishing to attend are encouraged to arrive at Hereford Cathedral in plenty of time to secure a place.

MORRIS Donald Ernest (Don)

Of Westhope Passed away on 8th April 2024, aged 89 years. Much-loved uncle. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
