A MAN has pleaded guilty to causing serious injury by careless or inconsiderate driving after a crash in Herefordshire.
Matthew Office appeared before magistrates in Hereford last month and entered a guilty plea to one count of causing serious injury by careless or inconsiderate driving.
The court heard from prosecutor Lauren Millichip that the 29-year-old caused serious injury to a woman by driving a mechanically propelled vehicle, namely a Mitsubishi L200, dangerously on the B4221 in Gorsley, Herefordshire, on December 28 last year.
There was a crash on the B4221 at around 5.20pm on December 28, at the junction with Pound Farm Lane near Gorsley Goffs Primary School.
