Prosecution solicitor Lauren Millichip said Reynolds, of Lichfield Avenue, Hereford, was drunk and disorderly in the street. He appeared at the hearing, not represented by a defence solicitor, on April 17.
Magistrates fined him £133 when he appeared in court on April 17, and told him to pay £135 costs and a £53 surcharge, a total of £321. He must make payment in full by May 15.
By law, it is forbidden to be disorderly in a public place while drunk. A public place can refer to any highway or premises where the public have or are permitted to have access whether on payment or otherwise.
