PARKING charges are to come into force at a Herefordshire nature reserve.
From Monday (May 13) anyone visiting Bodenham Lake will have to pay.
The nature reserve is run by Herefordshire Wildlife Trust (HWT), who already have parking charges in place at Queenswood Country Park & Arboreteum.
In a post on Bodnenham Lake Nature Reserve's Facebook page, HWT said that the revenue will provide vital finds to continue the trust's ongoing development and management of the flagship nature reserve, with all proceeds re-invested into the ongoing management of the site.

"To manage the scheme, we are installing an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) camera system which will also reduce anti-social behaviour and overnight parking, which has escalated in recent times," reads the post.
"To pay, you can pay by card at the machines onsite at the end of your visit before leaving, or you can pay online up to 48 hours later on the www.parkwithease.co.uk website. Charges apply at all times."
