Just after midnight, the same man attempted to flag down and chase a vehicle near Golden Cross pub in Sutton St Nicholas.
Police are asking anyone who may have CCTV in the Orchard Close, Cross Keys, and Wergin Bridge area, or who may have dashcam footage that may show these people to get in touch.
