A WOMAN was found in a "potentially serious" condition in Hereford earlier today.
Police cars and an ambulance were spotted near Hereford's Sainsbury's supermarket, off Whitecross Road, earlier today.
West Mercia Police said officers had been called to a concern for the welfare of a woman at Pomona Place in Hereford at around 10.40am this morning (June 7).
Officers attended the scene and assisted the ambulance service with taking the woman to hospital, a force spokesperson said.
An ambulance service spokesperson has now confirmed that both an ambulance and a paramedic officer were called to an incident in Pomona Place at 10.14am .
"Upon arrival we found a woman in a potentially serious condition," the spokesperson said.
"She was conveyed to Hereford County Hospital by ambulance staff.”
