EMERGENCY services were called to Hereford's Old Market shopping centre last night (June 12) after reports of an incident.
Firefighters were in attendance at the popular shopping centre at around 10pm, with a crew from Hereford Fire Station at the scene.
The police and ambulance service were not required at the scene.
Unusually, the fire service's mission was to rescue a set of keys that had apparently fallen onto a roof.
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (HWFRS) said: "A crew from Hereford was called to Old Market. A set of keys was retrieved from a 10-metre-high roof using a 13.5-metre ladder and a rescue hook. There were no casualties and no other emergency services attended."

Firefighters left the scene at 10.43pm.
The Old Market shopping centre is home to several restaurants and high street shops.
The city's former cattle market was converted into the new shopping centre in 2014, with the £80 million retail complex bringing a modern shopping experience to the city and at the time creating over 1,000 jobs.
