A WOMAN has been in court again for going back to her victim’s house after stealing hundreds of pounds from him.

Tracy Barrett entered a guilty plea to one count of being arrested by a constable for breaking bail conditions.

She previously pleaded guilty to one count of theft from the person of another and one count of obstructing or resisting a constable.

The court heard from prosecutor Nadine Mathurasingh that the 49-year-old had gone to her victim’s home despite being banned from doing so by her bail conditions.

She had stolen £387.57 from him in Kington between December 13 and December 19 last year.

She also obstructed or resisted a constable in the execution of their duty on December 11.

Barrett, who gave the court a care of address in Portland Street, Hereford, was released on bail again when she appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on June 20.

She will be sentenced for all three offences on July 2 at Hereford Magistrates’ Court.

A pre-sentence report is being prepared by the probation service.
