A RURAL Herefordshire pub just a few miles outside Hereford has been put up for sale.
The Castle Inn, in Little Birch, is on the market with agents Chancellors for offers over £500,000.
The agents said the property is in the centre of the village with views over the countryside and offers a public house and family home.
It comes complete with a restaurant and bar alongside a separate professional kitchen.

The agents said the pub has both income potential from the commercial side of the property and conversion potential for extra accommodation, and is being sold as a result of retirement.
The pub has a five-star rating on reviews website Tripadvisor, with 51 of its 52 reviewers rating it as excellent or very good, while just one rated it as poor.
Reviewer bothrobinsons said the pub was a "little out of the way" but it was a place to visit, praising the food on offer, while rvhughes said its atmosphere was "all that you would expect from a village pub".
