A STUNNING Herefordshire chapel on Prince William's Duchy of Cornwall estate is on the market with new tenants wanted.

The chapel, in Harewood End, is to let with agents Balfours for £795 per calendar month or £9,540 per annum.

The agents said the chapel, which dates from 1864, was originally the private chapel to the estate.

Offering 1,200 square feet of studio or office space at the spot between Hereford and Ross-on-Wye, the chapel is part of a comprehensive regeneration project of Harewood Park.

The agents said the stunning building has been finished to a "very high standard", and both the stonework and stained-glass windows have been carefully restored.

It also includes a cloakroom and kitchenette

"The light and spacious interior is a truly unique workspace," the agents said.

The chapel has a wood pellet boiler and mains water and electricity, while drainage is by a reed bed system.

Harewood Park has been owned by the Duchy of Cornwall since 2000, with great speculation in the early 2010s that it could become the main residence of Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge.

Any hopes of royal residents however were scuppered when Anmer Hall on the Sandringham estate was named as their official country residence in 2013.

The Duchy of Cornwall passed from King Charles to Prince William when the former succeeded to the throne.
