A HOMELESS man stole food from Greggs in Hereford.
Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court heard earlier this month that Stephen Daniels, 34, went into Greggs in Hereford on June 28 and stole three boxes of hot food containing chicken goujons and potato wedges.
The magistrates heard that the food was worth between £6 and £8.
The specific Greggs shop he stole from was not listed on court documents.
Daniel has also been in court for another incident that happened on July 10, when he was drunk and behaving in a disorderly way in Bath Street, Hereford.

He was sentenced to a 12-month community order and must attend rehabilitation activity appointments for up to 15 days.
He must also pay a £40 fine and £7 in compensation. No order was made for prosecution costs or a victim surcharge.
He was handed no separate penalty for being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
Daniel was said to be of no fixed address.
