Throughout that time, the company has maintained its core ethos and values – putting the customer at the heart of everything. Sara Bott, sales executive at Advance Joinery Group, embodies these principles and makes it her mission to uphold them during every project. 

Guiding customers through the process of achieving their perfect home takes an arsenal of knowledge and skills. Sara has a proven track record of making the customer experience a joy, and talks us through her background and the best parts of the job. 

Q: How did your journey to Advance Joinery Group begin? 

A: Prior to working in the window industry, I designed and sold kitchens for a local company. This is where my passion for home improvements truly began. I loved talking to people, getting to know them, care for their homes and making customers happy – everything that Advance Joinery Group values in their staff. 

Cultivating a deep understanding of home design and how to manage projects to suit each client’s specific requirements is vital. I’ve seen first-hand the difference that implementing new home improvements can make – ensuring that people are happier living in their homes. From the very start, it was clear that my core values were perfectly aligned with those of Advance Joinery Group.

Q: What are the aspects of the role you enjoy most? 

A: I’m extremely passionate about the vast array of products and services that we provide, and how they can completely transform a property. In our showroom, we have incredible fully functioning doors and windows that customers can test out. Being able to touch and feel the products that may be the latest addition to your home makes all the difference! 

However, there’s so much more to what we do here – installing a wide range of stunning uPVC, aluminium and timber products throughout the entire home. Whether it's a custom-built front door with the latest security features or a breathtaking conservatory built from scratch, we can handle projects of any size. 

Learning all about the brilliant products we manufacture and supply, making our customers happy and gaining a genuine passion for what we do has definitely been my favourite part of the role.

Q: Where can customers visit you for a chat? 

A: Our showroom in Hereford Trade Centre is where you can usually find me, and everyone’s welcome to pop-in and say hello. Whether you’re looking to renovate your home, checking up on your project or just saying hello, everyone is always welcome. 

Our trade counter is fully equipped to help you with every aspect of your project. Whether you require stylish new bathroom panels, composite decking or the perfect trim for your windows, there’s a comprehensive range of products available from market-leading brands.
