Head chef Yoko Bambury has announced she will be offering a brand new menu, along with a new selection of wines, with her culinary offerings drawing on her childhood spent in the city of Khon Kaen with its rich street-food culture, to bring her much-loved menu of Thai cuisine to Herefordshire.
On the restaurant's website, Ms Bambury says she fondly remembers assisting her mother in the bustling markets, where she would create dishes that were both traditional and innovative.
Armed with family recipes and a talent for creating mouthwatering dishes, she gained a reputation as a skilled chef in her community. Her dishes became known not just for their taste but also for their ability to evoke memories of Thailand's vibrant street food scene, she added.
