A TEENAGER has been up before the magistrates after a robbery in Hereford.
The teenager, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Ian Parsons and who cannot be named due to his age, entered a guilty plea to one count of robbery when they appeared before magistrates in July.
Prosecutor Sarah Hurd told magistrates in Worcester that the 17-year-old had robbed another youth of a black Trapstar jacket in an incident in Hereford on March 26.

The jacket was worth £450, the court was told.
The teenager, who gave the court a Worcester address, was handed a four-month referral order.
No compensation was ordered to be paid as, magistrates said, it was deemed not to be appropriate in the circumstances, but he was ordered to pay prosecution costs of £200 and a £26 victim surcharge.
Magistrates said they had taken the teenager's guilty plea into account when imposing the penalty.
