IN my view, Herefordshire roads contractor Balfour Beatty has no proven record for sensible pricing, sensible managing, sensible project management, or sensible check and balances.

Anywhere in Herefordshire they are failing to understand the basics of mending potholes, always forgetting the sealing tar.
Why on earth have they been chosen to even quote for the work, except for the sake of amusement?
