CANNABIS has been ordered to be destroyed after it was discovered in Hereford.
Tyshane Brown entered a guilty plea to one count of possessing cannabis, a controlled drug of class B, when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster on July 22.
The court heard the 29-year-old had been caught with cannabis in his possession in Hereford on February 1.
He was found to be in possession of the class B controlled drug contrary to section five and schedule four of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
Brown, of Grange Road, Weymouth, was handed an £80 fine.

His guilty plea was taken into account by magistrates when they were deciding on a sentence to impose.
He must pay off his court bill in full by August 19.
