A HOMELESS man has been jailed after he broke a restraining order by going to a Herefordshire cottage that he was banned from visiting.
Tommie Jennings breached the restraining order in Wilton, near Ross-on-Wye, on July 17, according to prosecutor Thomas Wickstead.
Jennings, 25, who is of no fixed address, has been jailed for eight weeks for "failing to comply with the requirements of post-custodial sentence supervision and because he has a flagrant disregard for court orders."

He was previously given the restraining order at Hereford Magistrates' Court in 2018, which was said to have been put in place to protect an elderly and vulnerable man. The order banned Jennings from going to the man's cottage in Wilton near Ross-on-Wye.
Jennings pleaded guilty to one count of breaching a restraining order on conviction at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on July 18.
He was not ordered to pay prosecution costs because "imprisonment takes priority", magistrates said.
