A "THRIVING" guest price is up for sale in Hereford city centre.
The property in Hereford's Barton Road is on the market with agents Flint & Cook with an asking price of £625,000.
The agents said Holly Tree Guest House has traded for several decades and is being sold due to retirement.

The "thriving business" has 13 letting rooms, five of which had en-suite shower rooms, and is "immaculately presented", the agents said, coming complete with all the necessary certificates, an electric smoke alarm system, emergency lighting, gas central heating and double glazing.
The house, which Flint & Cook said has numerous period features, also offers staff or family accommodation to the lower ground floor as well as a dining room and semi-commercial kitchen.
To the rear of the property is a courtyard-style garden.
Parking is available nearby, with the Greyfriars Bridge public car park located just 100 yards from the guest house.
