A new Herefordshire house price study has uncovered the top ten least expensive streets in the city.
Professional fast home sales company Property Solvers have been tracking the average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Hereford postcodes.
Using five year’s worth of sold house price data from across the city's postcodes, the property company have created a finished list.
Top 10 least expensive streets in Hereford:
Commenting on the house price information used, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said “to keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
10th Place:
ST THEODOR'S COURT
Belmont's St. Theodor's Close is the most expensive street on this list of the least, with an average house price of £100,833 across the street's three sales since 2019.
9th Place:
NEWBURY COURT
Newbury Court takes ninth place in Property Solvers' ranking, with the street's five most recent sales being sold for £99,000 on average.
8th Place:
NICHOLSON COURT (HR4 9LX)
This particular postcode of Nicholson Close has an average house price of £96,600 across its five most recent property sales.
7th Place:
GUARDIAN COURT
Guardian Court in Hereford's Ferrers Street comes in seventh place on the list with some 11 houses selling for an average price of £95,318.
6th Place:
NICHOLSON COURT (HR4 9TD)
Nine houses have sold across the entirety of Nicholson Close for an average of £95,000, making this street Hereford's sixth least expensive.
5th Place:
CREST COURT
Since 2019, 14 houses have been sold in Crest Court for an average of £94,285.
4th Place:
VICTORIA STREET
Victoria Street's six recently-sold properties come in at an average sum of £90,693.
3rd Place:
BROOK FARM COURT
Taking third place is Belmont's Brook Farm Court with its last six properties on the market selling for an average price of £89,991.
2nd Place:
OATLANDS
Oatlands swipes second place on the list with four houses sold for an average of £76,875.
1st Place:
ST. OWEN'S COURT
St Owens Court has been named the least expensive street in Hereford. The Mill Street spot has seen seven houses recently sell for an average of £76,135.
