A HIDEAWAY tucked in woodland at a Herefordshire beauty spot is up for sale... and it comes complete with planning permission.
The site, which stretches to around 0.8 of an acre of garden, woodland, and orchard, is currently home to an insulation garage which acts as a bothy.
Set in the heart of the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Symonds Yat West, the site is on the market with agents Hamilton Stiller with a £350,000 guide price.

The agents said the land, which currently has planning permission for a three-bedroom home, is encircled by tranquil woodlands and several nature reserves.
The existing garage has been upgraded, insulated, re-roofed and double-glazed to provide a bothy, they said, with a composting toilet nearby and mains water and electricity available.
The agents said that work on the planned three-bedroom detached house has started and therefore the planning permission is held in perpetuity.
